Return & Replacement Policy (Deodorants)
At Taytone we maintain high hygiene and quality standards. Due to the personal nature of our products, deodorants and perfumes are categorized as Non-Returnable items.
- No-Return Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on deodorants once the product has been delivered.
We cannot accept returns based on “change of mind” or “fragrance preference” once the seal or packaging has been opened. - Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We only offer a replacement or a full refund under the following specific circumstances:
Damaged on Arrival: If the bottle is leaked, the nozzle is broken, or the container is physically damaged.
Wrong Product Received: If the variant or size delivered is different from what you ordered.
Manufacturing Defect: If the spray mechanism (actuator) is non-functional upon first use.
Expired Product: If the product delivered is past its expiry date. - Reporting Guidelines
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must follow these steps:
Timeframe: Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof of Damage (Mandatory): For online orders, a clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product/parcel label are required to process the claim.
